We can provide owners, new to the holiday villa rental market, with the steps required to prepare their holiday villa to welcome paying guests.
At Janu Villas we do not require exclusivity for your property, as we realise that you may wish to discover which advertising works best for you.
Janu Villas unlike many other agencies do not charge extra fees for credit card bookings, as we know only too well most people dislike paying an extra percentage on top of their holiday costs. This can often tip the balance and convince clients to book with us.
